Before entering real estate, Jim Dye sold cars, but he retired from the automobile business to focus on homes—a field where he truly found his calling. In 1978, he earned his broker’s license and purchased Century 21 from Ken McCue. Over the decades, he grew the business and eventually sold his interest in 2016 to Don Marking. Even today, Jim remains involved, saying it’s hard to walk away from something he owned and nurtured for so long.
